Fully digital servo controller for textile machinery

The OS1-4S2F fully digital servo controller is an electronic yarn-guided driver for winding machine equipment in the textile machinery industry. It has a friendly human-machine interface and can drive five motors at the same time, including an AC servo motor, an AC asynchronous motor with a built-in encoder, a DC brushless motor and two stepper motors. The system integrates common functions such as spinning length measurement, yarn break detection, winding diameter detection and tension detection required by the winding machine. At the same time, servo control technology is applied to this system. Electronic gear and electronic cam technology are built into the embedded software system, which completes the decoupling and simplification of the mechanical linkage structure and realizes the winding and digital layered winding working modes.
